The Project and Systems Coordinator will support the organisations journey to improve the look and feel of the city. The primary objective of this role is to manage and coordinate the administration, documentation and reporting functions for cross functional projects and services with a focus on developing and optimising processes, systems and documentation.
You will also liaise extensively with stakeholders and contribute to the design and implementation of projects, to guide decisions on improving service standards and customer experience.
Some of your duties will include:
Develop and manage project and service performance reports, including project plans, project guides and template documents
Develop and manage the town centre and open space audit program, including systems,
documentation, monitoring, reports and user guides
Develop all relevant reports, systems and documentation to capture service and performance standards , KPIs, resources, costs and improvements in a consistent and digital format
Develop documents, reports and presentations for a range of audiences including senior
Implement, monitor and update communication plans and resources, providing regular updates on project progress and updates
Identify and assist with the implementation of digital systems and processes to improve services, performance, reporting and efficiencies
Provide support with research and trend analysis including data collation
Ensure corporate IT, governance, safety and communications requirements and compliance standards are met and included in all project elements
Managing the administration support functions for the unit and multiple cross function projects and services

The successful applicant will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, or other quantitative discipline or extensive equivalent experience
Demonstrated administrative and organisational skills that include maintaining accurate records with meticulous attention to detail.
5 + years’ experience in business environments
Experience coordinating projects and support activities and resources, with minimal supervision
Demonstrated excellent written skills and the ability to produce a range of documents such as reports, plans, letters, minutes and presentations
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a project team, managing competing priorities and autonomously using own initiative Strong interpersonal, communications and customer focus skills with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and experience in undertaking project plans, schedules, document and records management Strong self-motivation to work independently and cooperatively in a blended work arrangement
An aptitude and passion for business improvement, productively and customer experience
Class C Drivers Licence

The salary range for this opportunity commences at $91,935 (Grade H, Step1) 10% super
