About The RoleThe Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing a high touch, personalized service to onboard Hinge Health potential members once they are accepted into the program including removing roadblocks preventing members from getting started with their exercise therapy. The Onboarding Specialist enables Hinge Health to engage with and therefore add value for members and clients, and attain revenue objectives.
An individual will be successful in the role if they are goal oriented, place a high value on the member experience, and thrive in fast paced environments that engage in continuous improvement.
What You’ll Accomplish
Kick off the member’s journey with Hinge Health.
Support a smooth transition for the member between marketing, customer support, and the health coach, providing high touch, personalized service along the way.
Impress all members with a delightful first representation of Hinge Health.
Manage a caseload of members with high satisfaction scores and while achieving onboarding targets.
Contribute to the development of a new and growing team in a hyper growth company.
What We’re Looking For
Case management: Able to successfully manage and execute with a large member panel with high attention to customer experience.
High performer: Regular quota / goal attainment, ideally with awards for ranking towards the top of the team and high satisfaction scores.
High Emotional Intelligence: We are looking for a go getter who is tactful in their approach and seeks to understand the customer’s needs.
Aptitude for technology and troubleshooting.
Thrive in fast paced environments prone to change.
