Seize the opportunity to be part of Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary team and play a vital role in providing a memorable experience for visitors and overnight guests.

Reporting to the Grounds Supervisor and part of the Guest Services Grounds team, you are highly visible and will carry out a variety of operational tasks — building and grounds maintenance, guest services and other general tasks, which promote excellent customer experiences. You’ll also contribute to improvements within the Sanctuary’s operations by promoting safe and efficient use of resources to achieve desired operational results, and supporting the entire team and management.

This is an exciting role as it allows you to showcase your exceptional guest experience skills and passion for both landscaping and horticulture!

You’ll be required to work a 38 hour week on a 7 day rotating roster. This role requires a level of flexibility to meet operational needs of the Port Stephens Beachside Holiday Parks business, including on call duties across any of the Parks locations.
