The Customer Service Officer plays an integral role in servicing residents, local businesses and other members of the community. You will be responsible for informing and resolving customer enquiries on a variety of Council’s services in a professional and courteous manner. You will assist customers on a wide range of enquiries in an environment that can be fast-paced, challenging and at times confronting, however, you will foster a strong sense of commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to action requests in a professional and timely manner.

What’s on offer
The salary range for this opportunity commences at $63,205 (Grade D, Step1) + 10% super.
