About the Role

We currently have a newly created Client Services Administrator role available within our finance team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting entry level opportunity to join a newly created team as they start their journey to deliver an excellent level of client service. This pivotal team has been created to act as the main point of contact for our clients when finalising their claim. You will provide quality support to our clients to ensure the administration and documentation of their settlement is completed in a professional and timely manner. We’re offering you the opportunity to join a supportive and collegiate team who will provide you with on the job training and guidance.

We are seeking someone with a positive approach and strong communication, inter-personal and customer service skills, who will be able to prioritise tasks and take ownership of issues that may arise. Timely responses to enquiries and the distribution of all documentation associated with our clients claim.

About you

Excellent customer service skills in liaising with internal and external clients;

Sound competence in Microsoft Office,

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task;

Ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels;
